JMH human blood group antigen

[JMH blood group antigens, JMH blood group determinant, JMH blood group determinants, JMH blood group, John-Milton-Hagen blood group antigens, John-Milton-Hagen blood group determinant, John-Milton-Hagen blood group determinants, John-Milton-Hagen blood group]

[John-Milton-Hagen blood group antigen] this antigen (Daniels and Knowles, 1982) is identical with Semaphorin 7A (Mudad et al, 1995). See: Semaphorins for overview entry.

Different phenotypes in this blood group antigen have been shown to be caused by variations of the semaphorin 7A gene or seem to be generated by autoimmune-related or red blood cell lineage-specific mechanisms (Seltsam et al, 2007).

In the nomenclature of CD antigens the protein has been given the designation is ... ... ... ... ... Subscribe to continue reading! ... ...
