GPR77

[G-protein-coupled receptor-77] The cDNA encoding this member of the G-protein-coupled receptors has been cloned by Ohno et al (2000) who referred to the receptor as C5L2 [C5a receptor-like 2; complement 5a-like receptor 2]. Lee et al (2001) have cloned the gene and referred to it as GPR77. The approved gene symbol is C5AR2 [C5a receptor 2; complement component 5a receptor 2].
