BOO

Murine BOO is a member of the BCL2 protein family with anti-apoptotic activities. Murine BOO has been identified through homology with the avian cell death antagonist NR-13. BOO is identical with Diva and the human orthologous gene is Nrh. The new designation for this protein is BCL2-like-10. The BOO protein contains the conserved BH1 and BH2 BCL2 homology domains but lacks a BH3 motif.
