[apoptosis antigen-3] APO-3 is a transmembrane protein of approximately 47 kDa that belongs to the TNF receptor superfamily. It has been described as TR3 (TNF receptor-like-3). APO-3 is identical with DR3, wsl-1, TRAMP, or LARD. Owing to its homology to other members of the TNF receptor superfamily the receptor is being referred to also as TNFRSF12 [TNF receptor superfamily member 12].
