TRAMP

[TNF receptor apoptosis-mediating protein] Human TRAMP (363 amino acids) is most homologous to the type 1 TNF receptor. TRAMP is identical with APO-3, DR3, wsl-1, or LARD. It has been described as TR3 (TNF receptor-like-3). Owing to its homology to other members of the TNF receptor superfamily the receptor is being referred to also as TNFRSF12 [TNF receptor superfamily member 12].
