[frizzled family receptor 10] this is a mammalian homolog of the Drosophila melanogaster frizzled proteins, which are known to interact with Wnt family proteins. frizzled-10 (581 amino acids) is known also as FzD10 or Fz10, and has been isolated from a human fetal lung cDNA library (Koike et al, 1999). Murine frizzled-10 is nearly identical to human FzE2. In the nomenclature of CD antigens the protein has been given the designation CD350.
