ZK1

This is known also as ZNF443 (approved gene symbol) or zfp443 [zinc finger protein 443]. ZK1 is a widely expressed DNA binding protein that regulates gene expression. Forced expression of ZK1 in 32D myeloid cells causes cell death by apoptosis following irradiation and growth factor withdrawal.
