Y134R
This protein (Yaba-like disease virus 134R protein) is encoded by the Yaba-like disease virus. The protein is similar to cellular proteins of the IL10 family, specifically IL19, IL20 and IL24. It is a secreted monomeric glycoprotein that stimulates signal transduction from the two receptors for IL20. It does not elicit responses from the receptors for IL22, IL28A, IL28B, IL29. A vaccinia virus recombinant expressing Y134R displays reduced virulence.
