TLR18
[Toll-like receptor-18] This toll-like receptor is found in zebrafish (Danio rerio). A databank synonym is TLR1.2. Lke other toll-like receptors, TLR18 plays a role in innate immunity by acting as a pattern recognition receptor (Van den Sar et al, 2006).
In the Atlantic salmon TLR18 LR18 transcripts are more abundant in muscle (Lee et al, 2014).
Huang WJ et al (2015) have reported that grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) TLR18, which they referred to as gctlr18
