[lymphocyte antigen 1] The mouse lymphocyte differentiation antigen Ly1 is a protein of 347 amino acids expressed as a transmembrane protein on T-cells and a subset of B-cells. Its human homolog is Leu1 (T1). The cDNA has been cloned by Huang et al (1987). A previous designation is Ly35
