a rat monoclonal antibody raised against mouse T-cells. The antibody specifically recognises pro-T-cells, but not later stages of T-cell development, B-lymphocytes, or other myeloid cells. Phenotypically, the cells recognized by this antibody are Thy1(+), CD4(-), CD8(-), CD3(-), B220(-), IgM(-), F4/80(-), and PGP1(+). The cells grow in response to the combination of IL3 + IL4 or IL3 + IL4 + IL6. Joro 75(+)
