Janus kinases

called also: JAK kinases. Name given to a family of non-receptor protein tyrosine kinases of approximately 130 kDa, comprising JAK1 (Janus kinase-1), JAK2 (Janus kinase-2), and TYK2 (tyrosine kinase-2), JAK3 (Janus kinase-3).
