IGF1R

[IGF-1 receptor] see: IGF. In the nomenclature of CD antigens this receptor has received the designation CD221. The gene has been identified independently as JTK13.

Girnita et al (2012) have reported that LL-37 binds to the IGF-1 receptor IGF1R and functions as a biased agonist. The receptor has been shown to have HASF [hypoxia and Akt induced stem cell factor] as a ligand.
