JTK13

The gene is one of a series of putative tyrosine kinases expressed in, and cloned from, the K-562 chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (Partanen et al, 1990). Sequence analysis shows that JTK13 is identical with CD221, which is the receptor for IGF-1, IGF1R.
