HuLy-m2
This monoclonal antibody detects an antigen in 85 % of human T-cells, 20 % B-cells, 50 % null cells in peripheral blood (Thurlow et al, 1984). The antigen recognized is distinct from OKT3 (CD3), OKT4 (CD4), OKT8 (CD8), HuLy-m1, and HuLy-m3. Thurlow et al (1985) cite the antigen as Leu9, which, in the nomenclature of CD antigens has received the designation CD7.
