OKT3
This is the name of a monoclonal antibody produced against human peripheral blood T-cells and identifying a T-cell differentiation antigen (Kung et al, 1979). The antigen recognized by this antibody is frequently referred to simply as T3.
In the nomenclature of CD antigens this protein has been given the designation CD3 (Anonymous, 1984; Bernard et al, 1984).
