C1qRp
[C1q receptor for phagocytosis enhancement] Human C1qRp is a heavily O-glycosylated protein of 97 kDa expressed on myeloid cells, cultured endothelial cells, and platelets (Nepomuceno and Tenner, 1998; Nepomuceno et al, 1999).
The human receptor is recognized by monoclonal antibodies mNI-11 and two antibodies directed against CD93 (X2 and VIMD2b) (McGreal et al, 2002). The rodent homolog of C1qRp is AA4. McGreal et al (2002) have named C1qRp CD93 and have reported that, unlike CR1 (CD35), the receptors does not bind complement factor C1q
