[autophagy related 16 like 1; Autophagy-related protein 16-1] also: ATG16L, ATG16A, APG16L [APG16 autophagy 16-like]. A databank synonym is WDR30 [WD repeat domain 30; WD repeat-containing protein 30] as the protein contains WD40 domains (Mizushima N et al, 2003).
