(approved gene symbol) [Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DS1] KIR2DS1 is a receptor expressed on NK-cells. The cDNA, termed EB6ACTI, has been cloned by Biassoni et al (1996). It is an activating recfeptor that is specific for HLA-C.
