[Junctional adhesion molecule 2] JAM2 (also termed VEJAM; vascular endothelial junctional adhesion molecule) or JAM-B [Junctional adhesion molecule B]) is related to JAM1. The protein is expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells and high endothelial venules but not in epithelial cells or blood leukocytes (Palmeri et al, 2000). JAM2 is able to capture T-cells but not B-cells or monocytic cell lines (Cunningham et al, 2000). These authors also showed that JAM2 interacts with ITGA4 and ITGB1
