[IL1 receptor-beta; interleukin-1 receptor-beta] see: IL1R. The receptor is a member of the IL1 receptor family.

This is the same as IL1R2 [IL1 receptor type 2], which is the approved gene symbol. In the nomenclature for CD antigens this receptor for IL1 has been given the designation CD121b.
