EPCR

[endothelial protein C receptor] EPCR is a type 1 transmembrane protein, which is a high-affinity receptor for the vitamin K-dependent serine protease zymogen activated protein C. The cDNA encoding this protein has been isolated and named by Fukudome and Esmon (1994).

In the nomenclature of CD antigens this protein has been given the designation CD201.
