DC-CK1
[dendritic cell-derived chemokine-1] DC-CK1 is a secreted protein of 69 amino acids belonging to the CC-Chemokines. DC-CK1 is 63 %, 38 %, and 33 % identical with the chemokines MIP-1-alpha, RANTES, and MCP-2, respectively. DC-CK-1, the cDNA of which was isolated originally from a dendritic cells library (Adema et al, 1997), has been shown to be identical with PARC or MIP-4 (gene symbol: SCYA18) (Guan et al, 1999).
