D10

(full name: D10G4.1) A murine T-helper cell line (Th2 cells) derived from AKR/J (H-2k) mice.

D10 cells are MHC restricted, antigen-specific T-helper cells specific for the antigen egg white conalbumin. The cells secrete large amounts of IL4 into the conditioned medium, and also GM-CSF, an IL1 inducer factor, and probably IL10.
