CD130
[CD130(+), CD130(-)]
This designation replaces the old designation CDw130. The protein corresponds to the beta receptor for IL6, gp130.
The antigen is expressed at low levels on almost all cell types. CD130 serves as the signaling subunit of receptors for IL6, IL11, LIF, Oncostatin M, CNTF (ciliary neurotrophic factor), CT-1, NNT-1/BSF-3, neuropoietin, and IL27.
