[Hybridoma-derived suppressor factor-160] This biochemically uncharacterized factor (approximately 50-70 kDa) is produced constitutively by a human T-T-cell hybridoma generated by fusion of Con A-activated human peripheral blood lymphocytes from a normal donor with cells of the Jurkat tumor T-cell line. A similar but distinct factor is produced also by the Jurkat parent line.
