[V-set and transmembrane domain containing 1] This protein exists in two variants termed VSTM1-v1, the primary splice isoform, and VSTM1-v2. A sequence of variant 1 from human bone marrow, termed OLT-1 [OSCAR-like transcript-1] and of unknown function has been reported by Barrow et al (2006).
