[NLR family, pyrin-domain containing 7] This is the approved gene symbol for proteins that have been described as PYPAF3 [Pyrin-containing APAF-1-like protein 3], NOD12 [Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain protein 12], and NALP7 [NACHT-LRR-PYD-containing protein-7].
