Mesosecrin

This glycoprotein of approximately 46 kDa is secreted in abundance by human mesothelial cells in culture (Cicilia et al, 1989). The sequence of the partial cDNA clone from a human mesothelial cell cDNA library shows that the encoded protein is identical with PAI-1 [Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1].
