JTK4

The gene is one of a series of putative tyrosine kinases expressed in, and cloned from, the K-562 chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (Partanen et al, 1990). Sequence analysis shows that JTK4 is identical with FGFR3 [fibroblast growth factor receptor-3]. In the nomenclature of CD antigens this protein has been given the designation CD333.
