[IAP-like protein-2; Inhibitor of apoptosis-like protein 2] This human gene shows a high degree of homology with ILP-1 (XIAP). The gene appears to be expressed exclusively in testis. In some publications and databank entries the protein is listed also as Ts-IAP [Testis-specific inhibitor of apoptosis] and RNF136 [RING finger protein 136].
