[human platelet antigen-15] In the nomenclature for platelet antigens (Metcalfe et al, 2003) this is the designation for the platelet glycoprotein represented by the Gov alloantigen. In the nomenclature of CD antigens the proteins has been given the designation CD109. HPA-15a [human platelet antigen-15a] (see: Gov(b)) and HPA-15b [human platelet antigen-15b] (see: Gov(a)) are alleles of the same protein.
