AG-F
This cell line was established from the marrow of a neuroblastoma patient developing a Hodgkin's type lymphoma one year after myeloablative treatment and autologous bone marrow rescue (Gazitt et al, 1993).
AG-F cells do not express cell surface CD2 and CD3, but express high levels of CD4, CD5, CD7, CD29, and CD45RO as well as CD15 and CD30, which are markers associated with Hodgkin's lymphoma cells.
AG-F cells grow in suspension cultures in clusters of 50-200 cells and can be grown in
