NME7

[nonmetastatic cells 7; protein expressed in nonmetastatic cells 7] NME7 is a member of the nucleoside diphosphate kinase family of proteins and is known also as nm23-H7 [nonmetastatic gene 23 homolog 7] or Nucleoside diphosphate kinase 7 [NDP kinase 7].

Wang et al (2012) have reported that NME7 regulates both embryonic stem cell self-renewal and stem cell marker expression. Knock-down of its expression induces morphological changes from undifferentiated to differentiated state, reduces the formation of embryoid body and teratoma formation, and down-regulates the expression of various factors associated with ... ... ... ...
