Ksp37
[killer-specific secretory protein of 37 kDa; 37 kDa killer-specific secretory protein] Ksp37 is a secretory protein of unknown function that has been identified for its specific expression in Th1 cells. In peripheral blood leukocytes, Ksp37 expression is limited to CD4(+) T-cells, effector CD8(+) T-cells, Gamma-Delta T-cells, and CD16(+) NK-cells. Most of these cells coexpress perforin, indicating that Ksp37 is expressed commonly in lymphocytes that have cytotoxic potential.
