FCRH2

[Fc receptor homolog 2] The cDNA encoding this protein has been identified by Davis et al (2001). This protein is one member of a larger protein family (Davis et al, 2001; Miller et al, 2002) (see also: IRTA1, IRTA2, IRTA3, IRTA4, IRTA5, FCRH1, FCRH3, FCRH4, FCRH5). The protein is identical with FCRL2 [Fc receptor-like-2].

The FCRH2 cDNA encodes a type 1 transmembrane protein of 508 amino acids that possesses a hydrophobic signal peptide, 4 extracellular Ig-like domains, and a cytoplasmic tail (86 amino acids) with 1 ... ... ... ... ... Subscribe to continue reading! ... ...
