Delta-Chemokines

[Delta-Chemokine]

a subgroup of a family of chemotactic cytokines named Chemokines. These proteins are type 1 transmembrane glycoproteins with the chemokine domain resting on top of an extended mucin-like stalk. The new designation is CX3C-Chemokines. For a new systematic nomenclature see SCY family of cytokines.
