CINC
[Cytokine induced neutrophil chemoattractant] Rat CINC was purified originally from the conditioned medium of 52E cells (an epithelioid clone derived from the normal rat kidney NRK cell line), which had been stimulated by IL1-beta. The synthesis of rat CINC by a fibroblastic clone of NRK cells, 49F, is induced by bacterial lipopolysaccharides, IL1-beta, and TNF-alpha.
