BCDF-A20

[A20 B-cell differentiation factor] This biochemically uncharacterized factor is produced by several murine T-cell clones and induces secretion of IgG2a in membrane IgG2a (mIgG2a)-bearing BALB/c B-lymphoid tumor cells, A20 (Kim and Finnegan, 1987).

BCDF-A20 activity is not due to IL1, IL2, various T-cell replacing factors, B-cell maturation factors (see: BMF) or IL4 (see: BSF-1).
