Sez627

A T-cell line derived from a patient with Sézary syndrome (leukemic form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma; see also: Sézary cells). Sez 627 respond only to human IL4 and human IL2 but not to other available factors. In combination with the murine IL2 dependent CTLL-2 cell line, which responds to both human and murine IL2 but not to human IL4, human IL4 activity can be discriminated from human IL2 activity.
