[LAK helper factor] also: LAK cell induction helper factor. This biochemically uncharacterized factor is produced by activated murine spleen cells. It enhances the generation of LAK cells (lymphokine-activated killer cells) by suboptimal concentrations of IL2. This factor is probably not identical with IL1, IL2, TNF and IFN.
