Jingdongins

Jingdongin-1 (FLPLFLPKIICVITKKC) and Jingdongin-2 (FLPIVENCSLVCWENNQKC) are antimicrobial peptides isolated from skin secretions of the torrent frog, Amolops jingdongensis (He et al, 2013). The two peptides show strong antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria, and fungi.
