laminin-gamma-1(139-150)

[LAMC1(139-150)] This bioactive fragment of laminin-gamma-1, termed laminin peptide C16 or C16 peptide (KAFDITYVRLKF) has been identified by Nomizu et al (1997) by virtue of its cell binding activity to endothelial cells, neuronal cells, and human salivary gland cells. The active core sequence of this peptide is YVRL. The peptide promotes adhesion of endothelial cells and tube formation and thus is capable of promoting angiogenesis. In PC12 cells the peptide ... ... ... ... ... Subscribe to continue reading! ... ...
