[Tc10 cell]
These cells constitute a subpopulation of CD8(+) T-cells that secrete IL10. Peelen et al (2013) have reported that the Tc10 cell fraction (and also the Tc17 cell fraction) is elevated in the circulation of relapsing-remitting MS patients in remission compared to healthy subjects and that both subsets of Tc cells remain unaffected by current immune modulating regimens.
