TMD7
This human leukaemia cell line has been established from blast cells of a patient with de novo acute myeloblastic leukaemia with trilineage myelodysplasia by Tohda et al (2002). The cells express CD7, CD13, CD33, and CD34. The cells proliferat without added growth factors but growth is stimulated by G-CSF, GM-CSF, and IL3.
TMD7 cells express Notch-1 and Notch-2 mRNA. Growth of the cells is stimulated significantly by addition of one of the Notch ligands, Delta-1. The
