TLSL
[T-leukemia-derived suppressor lymphokine] This factor of approximately 88 kDa is found in the conditioned medium of various human T-leukemia cell lines.
The factor inhibits proliferation, DNA synthesis, and colony formation in a variety of malignant hematopoietic cell lines, as well as in normal myelomonocytic progenitor cells from bone marrow and peripheral blood. TLSL inhibits proliferation of normal peripheral blood T-cells in response to mitogens or alloantigens.
