[Prolactin-like protein F, Placental prolactin-like protein F, PRL-like protein F] abbr. and gene symbol PRLPF or Prl7a2 [prolactin family 7 subfamily A member 2]. The PLP-F protein has been renamed PLP-F alpha following the identification of a closely related protein termed PLP-F beta. (Ho-Chen et al, 2007).
