[Nonspecific cross-reacting antigen 100] one of the nonspecific cross-reacting antigens found to be expressed on a variety of cell types. Kuroki et al (1995) have detected the antigen in neutrophils and stated that it is the same as CGM6, which, in the nomenclature of CD antigens, has been given the designation CD66b.
For nomenclature regarding this and related proteins, including their structures, see also Beauchemin et al (1999).
For additional information on CD antigens see also: CD antigens Dictionary.
