MT-MMP

[Membrane-type matrix metalloproteinases] These proteins constitute a subfamily within the superfamily of matrix metalloproteinases. They are characterized mainly by the occurrence of a putative transmembrane domain in their amino acid sequences and are membrane-bound rather than secreted proteins.

The known members are
