Lebein-2

Lebein-2 has been isolated from Macrovipera lebetina venom (Eble et al, 2003). The protein interacts with integrin-alpha-3 / integrin-beta-1, integrin-alpha-6 / integrin-beta-1, and integrin-alpha-7 / integrin-beta-1 integrins, but not with the collagen-binding integrins integrin-alpha-1 / integrin-beta-1 and integrin-alpha-2 / integrin-beta-1.
